		<description><![CDATA[David&#039;s article is an excellent reminder of how we can see opportunity in difficult situations, and turn the conversation to one where more people can realize a benefit where they may have only seen obstacles. 

Something that I learned from David and others at my first Advocacy Day was to take the numbers in the Economic Impact Statement and tell the story about the positive affect these numbers reflect for voters in the district.
